Day 3: No More Excuses

So RJ's work is having this competition where whoever can lose the most weight can win $500 bucks (or something like that). He came home Monday night ALL pumped to eat healthy/workout and as he proceeded to continue eating my leftover graduation candy, he informed me that it didn't start until Wednesday (cue eye roll). So until then, he ate me out of house and home! 

For lunch today I had an aweeeesomeeeee vegetarian lettuce wrap, I put a recipe below so you can try it!

Day 3

Breakfast: Better Oats strawberry oatmeal with milk. (muy delicioso)

Lunch: Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap (recipe below)

This thang packed a punch of flavor :)



Dinner: Crock pot whole chicken (recipe variation here, it's #21)
